This place has let me down on three separate occasions now. Overall lack of enthusiasm from restaurant staff. No specials were read to me but I heard them being read to another table as I got my CK breakfast burrito. The first bite of my burrito was a giant piece of inedible, hard chorizo and I picked every single piece of chorizo out after that because I didn't want that awful bite again. The smashed potatoes were the best thing about the burrito but there was only a couple pieces in there spread out unevenly. Last time I tried to come here the pulled turkey Benedict came out completely cold and the time before that the homemade turkey sausage was hard and inedible as well. Not impressed at all by any of the meats at this place. Not sure what the hype is about Craft Kitchen because I really don't get it.
