Horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE customer service. We bought a groupon for our cat to come in and get groomed. We tried to call them to ask a few questions about the grooming and just a very brief and quick consultation. They NEVER answer their phones. We tried to call prior to booking online and they never return phone calls even if a voicemail is left. So we just booked an appointment online. Well today when we get there, the man at the counter(has to be in his 30s), claims that they only wash those and that's all for the basic grooming. Then proceeded to tell us "If you had booked a proper appointment, I would've called you". Booked a proper appointment? I did. Online, and tried to call but you never returned our calls. He was very condescending and has no regard for pet owners. So if he has no regard for pet owners, then he certainly can't have any for pets. Also the facility was very filthy. Do NOT patronize this salon. You're better off buying a pair of clippers on Amazon and putting your beloved pet in the bathtub for a bath. :(
