Dr Riley and the staff at the Target Optical Center are all friendly and willing to help in any way they can. They seem very knowledgeable and understanding. It's been awhile since I've got my glasses updated due to financial reasons, and the staff understood my predicament and even though my prescription changes drastically and that is most likely the reason for my slow adoption of the new lenses they all seem to care about my progress and offer several options that might make the transition easier on my eyes. Also Dr Riley was kind enough to do my Diabetes eye check and print off his notes for my PCP, even if he had to have me come back a week after the appointment since he need to order the drops he didn't charge me for the device since it is something he dose typically during the eye exam if he had the drops at no additional cost if the customer states they are diabetic. Other doctors I've seen care more about the money then providing the level of care the patient needs. Dr Riley and the staff at Target don't do that and that is why I will go back to them year after year and recommend Dr Riley to all of my contacts for their eye care needs.
