Hands down the best hair salon in Vegas!!! PAM IS MY HERO!!! Let's backtrack though for all the skeptics. Maintaining the beauty and health of my hair is no easy task. I have LOTS AND LOTS of hair which can lead me to be high maintenance and my expectations are high when it comes to the way my hair is treated. I'm a brunette and love my blond which is not an easy task for any artist to achieve without breakage or not being able to keep my hair long. I wanted to touch up my blond, Darken the root and add some pastel Pink throughout. I've been with my stylist for 14 years but she's in CA so branching out was nerve racking but had to be done. After seeing a different stylist at a different salon I was left highly disappointed when I was left with fried hair, grayish blond and hints of purple. But with all bad comes good. My friend recommended PAM to me and man am I grateful. She surpassed any expectation I had. Needless to say I spent the day at the salon with her and her team. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Every step of the way she kept me informed and confident in her being able to achieve the look I was asking for as well as being able to maintain the health and integrity of my hair which spoke volumes to me. They made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening and what I needed to do in the future to take care of my hair. The ambiance was nice. It's not a super huge salon so you definitely feel a one on one vibe. They offer complimentary water, beer, or bubbles which I definitely took advantage of. Most my day was spent there, the girls even ordered lunch from EATT next door for me while I waited for my second round of hair to be processed which I thought was sweet of them to make sure I wasn't hungry while I was there. The entire experience was wonderful! My hair looks and feels incredible!! I highly recommend it. You must have an appointment, but they are accepting new clients and the price ranges depending on the level of stylist you're seeing. And they also have a makeup artist in house for those interested
