Ordered a bedroom set & our experience in the store was great. Then everything fall apart! Delivery was set 5 days after we made our purchased, then the night before delivery, we received a call that some parts of the set have not arrived yet so we were asked if we take a partial delivery on the scheduled delivery date-- we gladly said yes. On the delivery date, a computer generated phone called us to confirm delivery for the day & also a text confirmation was sent...we both confirmed the delivery from their generated phone process & text messages process. We waited & waited until the last hour of the delivery window. We called the customer service in California & informed us that our furniture will not be delivered. We were more than upset as we cancelled our medical appointments to accommodate the furniture delivery. The agent we spoke don't have a clue where the breakdown started..... I can only guess... It started in our local branch in Phoenix & down to their delivery person!! Communication breakdown is a system breakdown within their organization! The agent rescheduled the delivery on the same date between 6-12 midnight. MIDNIGHT!!!! Who delivers at MIDNIGHT???? Moving forward---- my recommendation is to fix your internal issues. Start with eliminating the computer generated delivery confirmation phone call & have a "LIVE" person to call instead. Living Space has good products but good customer service earns business. Follow up.... So the items from above was rescheduled for same day from 6p-12mn. We called their customer service line again at 9pm & informed us that delivery is still set for that day.. Though I have a feeling it will not come. Well -- I guessed right, no one came, no courtesy phone calls to us that delivery wasn't coming. We had enough of their BS! Don't make promises you cannot delivery. To Living Spaces company leaders---either you are all incompetent or just don't take custom service seriously!!! Will never come back & will spread my bad experience to as many as I can to warn the public about your BS processes & delivery services. I canceled all my purchases the next day-- I'll take my $2700 elsewhere. To Prospective Customers---- save yourselves from Headaches & stresses. In- store customer service are great but having your stuff delivered to your home is beyond imaginable experience & not worth dealing. Their catch--- free set up (that is if they even show up)
