I would not give this company any stars if YELP allowed that. Alex did not fix my iPhone 6 screen correctly the first time, and came out the second day and tried to fix the phone by putting a lot of glue around the top of the phone. I reached out to Alyssa and we spoke about what had happened she apologetic and stated she would reach out to Alex to see what could be done. Alex very apologetic at first and agreed to fix the phone. Unfortunately, I do not live in Charlotte and he ended up agreeing to a refund because of the way our schedule conflicted. I waited months for a refund that was never sent out. I would contact them and they would block my numbers. Only way I could contact them is by creating a TextPlus number with a 704 area code. I was told that they were broke and that their money was being on hold with their processing company SQUARE UP. I began to see how unprofessional the company was. Alex took a picture of a check and envelope addressed to me and said that he sent it out, ( which was never done) . I never used foul language with them and was very patient and understand. I asked where was my refund check that was supposed to had been sent out 10 days before and was told by text if I contacted his company again he would press charges because he does not owe me a refund.
to sum this up : If Alex makes a mistake on fixing your phone, he will dodge you and will not give you a refund if he promise you one. Before using this company please read reviews on Facebook and on here. I am not the only person this was done to.
