Room itself was nice and quieter than I expected since we were rather close to the elevator. We got room service one evening and it came quickly.
Front desk staff was civil at best. We had an M Life reward for a free night and even though we had all the correct paperwork we had to argue for 15 minutes before they agreed to give it to us.
People working M Life desk were slower than molasses in January and about as warm.
Nice property, but they really need to step up their customer service game.
