I don't know about anyone else, but I hate the online check in. I don't use it, I just go in and see how long it'll take and decide if I'll wait or not. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes already because online check ins beat me to a couple spots. That system is flawed and if someone checks in and brings 4 people, it throws the whole order out. Nothing wrong with the stylists here, they've always been good but they seem under staffed at peak times and the online check in has a room full of people that hasn't changed much in fifteen mintues.
