I came here trying to find a roast that wasn't filled with grissle or veins. They recommended the sirloin roast. I usually cook my roasts in the oven with my digitized thermometer. With this particular meat it was properly cooked throughout and every bite was soft, juicy and an absolute delight. Thank you guys!
