Classes are convenient and plentiful. Teachers are knowledgeable and help you work at your own pace. Slow, Long, Deep stretch is my favorite to take tension out of muscles and to relax. Michelle is a great instructor. If you decide to do one of the more difficult poses, she will come around and make sure your technique is proper. She also starts and ends class with and encouraging thought or passage she has read lending to the mind and body connection. Sometimes classes can be a tight squeeze at current location but worth the time and effort. Looking forward to their new location to open hopefully soon!
