Today, I took my parents and out of town relatives here for breakfast. At first, they all were looking for the rest of the menu ... just 1 page.
Did I mention walking in to a full bar of soccer fans ... enthusiastic bunch ... no sloppy drunks (@ 09:00).
My waffles with fruit sauce (held the whipped cream) were huge, fluffy and I felt guilty for not finishing 1/2 my plate. I did finish my Scotch eggs (boiled egg wrapped in sausage then fried) ... not on the breakfast menu but were made for me.
My guests had the vegetables wrapped in a HUGE potato pancake, and the Irish and American breakfasts. Only 3 of the 6 of us cleared our plates ... HUGE portions.
Everyone said let's come back here.
Lots of televisions but the sound was down in the restaurant half so it didn't interfere with conversations.
