Terrible company to deal with .. I have been in insurance for 15 years and they are the worst at customer service ...they could not get the lienholder right on two of my vehicles... then they are offering the driving discount on television.. when I was with Intact they could add on mid term bel air says it is only for new policies.. what crap is that ... nice to know they treat their existing clients with so much respect.... Thank god my renewal is coming up ....
