Had lunch here with hubby and his parents. Enjoyed a lot, but some details were lacking...
Pig Mac was fab-u-lous! Super flavorful and moist. Loved the pretzel bun. But ... sauerkraut was so-so, neither sour nor flavorful. Same with the pickles - not much above cucumbers.
Brats were good (but not great) and HUGE! Again, pretzel bun was perfect. Same sauerkraut issue.
Father-in-law complained through the entire lunch about the uncomfortable metal chairs. I understand the bare-bones, warehouse-y atmosphere, but I agree on the chairs. Maybe have cushions available as an option?
Severs were thoughtful and attentive, but ... we were charged for a couple of things on the bill that should have been included. Hmmm ...
I'll give it another try sometime ... but I'll bring my own cushion, just in case.
