The Staff at the front desk are not friendly and they are rude on the phone and in person. for a pediatric clinic who deals with children the staff are unpleasant. the doctor gave my daughter a prescription for her cough on a Saturday and said it will be ready in an hour at the pharmacy. turns out the staff forgot to forward the prescription to the pharmacy. so my daughter had to wait till Monday because their office was closed already for me to call that Saturday. so Monday we called the office and said they resend it and will be ready at 3pm. went to pharmacy and still no record!!! they forgot TWICE!!! I am now moving my daughter to a different clinic!
