Awful customer service!! I absolutely love sprouts! I shop weekly for our groceries, specifically at this location. But today my sister and I walked in to buy our mother a gift for Mother's Day and was rudely approached by the floor manager Alicia. We were next to the flower section and she must have thought we left dead flower stems on the display and rudely asked if we needed them back. Who needs dead flower stems?! I was confused as to why she asked us specifically. Then after looking around, we quickly discovered that we were the only "colored" people around her. It was so wrong for her to falsely accuse us of leaving dead flower stems on their display. We asked to speak to a manager and she replied "I am the manager" i then requested to speak to her manager. He approached us, apologized and went in his marry way. We will NEVER be back.
