Third visit here, but first since the remodel. The new layout is very modern and inviting. Self-guided tour still has the large windows for easy viewing of the factory. Sample at the end was enjoyed as well. Large retail space with selections of all the Ethel M offerings. The hand drizzled caramel apple was delicious, as were the other single-piece selections we tried.
There is a chocolate tasting available every hour on the hour. Regular price is $14.99 for adults, but there is a yelp offer for $9.99. Kids are just $4.99. You get an overview of the chocolate from bean to bar and 4 sample pieces to evaluate. All 4 of us enjoyed this activity. Highly recommended if you have the time.
Cactus garden outside is really nice, but we just did a quick walk through since it was a really hot out.
