Decent rent price for an entry level luxury apartment. The headache comes from dealing with repair issues. You have to constantly follow up about repairs. A broken window pane took over 3 months. A clogged toilet took 3 days. And it was not considered a issue since we had another working toilet. The dryer was not installed correctly and we would get lint build up. They wanted to charge us $100 to have a ceiling fan installed in the second bedroom. And their policy is that they keep the fan - no fan in a place like Arizona ?!
The parking gates are always broken and some guy's car rims were stolen - no security cameras in the parking garage.
It took almost 8 months to get the standard decorative ceiling lamp installed.
Just constant bickering and following just to get standard items done.
