Beware of this company they're the rudest most incompetent company i ever had in my entire life. This company was given to me through my home insurance, daniel the receptionist who calls himself a manager was so rude in the phone screaming at me argues to me to the max while talking to me.he needs to have lesson in customer service. They went in my house 3 times even on the third time they didn't get the job done. Even lying as hell that the fault was with my home insurance not them. So don't believe the other ratings with 4 or five stars here maybe it wasnt snowfrosty they were dealing with . Even crooks they want me to pay a reclaim fee of $100 even in the first place my issue with the ac wasn't fix . Not even a week nothing happened with the sc that they claimed was fixed. I hope this review helps with all of you guys out there if there's a zero rating i would definitly do it or a negative for that matter.
