Strange layout for a store. Very disorganized. I suppose it's meant to appeal to hipsters. Tons of tables that all seemed busy. There's no check-in counter or bar in the back. There's no person to even check you in! All the employees are on the floor. They don't seem to have a set uniform other than neutral colors like black or navy. But if you stand back and observe for awhile you can find the employees. You basically stand there for half an hour and hope you can catch someone free or that someone will notice you. If you're slow to get to one of the free associates or you're less "noticeable" than others, expect several people who arrived after you to be helped first. Good luck with that. It turns what should be a 10 minute trip into over an hour. Edit: I upvoted the tip on making an appointment first. STRONGLY recommend! Actually, I'm pretty sure it's mandatory now with how things went in that circus of a store.
