Review for 2nd floor dine in.
We arrived at 11:15 since the store opened at 11. But realized that the restaurant section opens at 11:30. So we got a drink from downstairs and waited for their restaurant to open. Off the bat...the server told us there were several items that were not available for order. So we ordered the tsuke soba with soy soup base and the pancake (20 minutes prep time). The soba was good, soup base was not very heavy in flavour. Portion size was decent. However, we can't speak for the pancakes because we never got them -_-" and that's why it's only 3 stars. Knowing the pancake would take 20 minutes to make...we ordered it ahead of time so by the time we're done the soba the pancake would be ready. After asking 3 times they finally told us they made a mistake and will prepare it now. Ain't got the time for that. I'm suspecting they were swamped with the lunch hour rush and forgot about the pancakes.
Will I return? Maybe.
