Called 10/18 at ~930am and scheduled a style and cut for thursday, 10/19 at 1pm. Went in 15 minutes early and get told my appointment was for 10/18. Front desk assistant checks to see if anyone can take me, nope. "Would you like to reschedule?" Uh, I'll think about it. Lol.
