In the heat of late July our upstairs AC unit went out. We have an Acosta service contract, best money we've ever spent, so they were able to send us a service person at 5pm on a Friday!! The service contract is the key to reasonable priced service quickly!!
Martin, our technician, was awesome! He called to let us know he'd be here in about 30 minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable...and funny too! He identified our problem, discussed options with us, fixed it and was on his way in less than 2 hours! The cost was extremely fair and we are, once again, glad that Acosta is our HVAC company! Thank you!!!
