Okay this review is for a to go order. I'm always searching for that alternative. My dude and I didn't feel like going all the way uptown (they were probably closed anyway) for Fujo. So trusty Yelp reviews showed some decent ratings for this place.
The sushi is aight. The surf and turf roll had decent flavor but it was missing something. What... I don't know but it needed something for it to be great.
I also ordered the shrimp tempura. A simple and cheap roll so I didn't expect anything great.
I was looking for an explosion in my mouth buuuuuut I guess this ain't the place to give me that.
AH WELL!!!
I'll go back and try the regular food.
The service was good. Quick and accommodating when I asked for some extra ginger and low sodium soy sauce.
Yea I'll give it another go... Dine in and regular food.
