My friends and I have mow been here 3 times each time hoping that the experience will improve and each time we have been left wanting. Lets go over the food for the most part the food is what you would expect form this type of establishment its good but not something you would drive out of the way for and when the food is less then good its not because of its preparation it because of the service. The service even though this time they had a very good hostess she knows how to smile, beyond that the service was lacking. I seemed almost a bother to request another drink. The boneless buffalo wing were soggy this is normally abecause they sat on the counter way longer then the should of. One member of our group got her food so late that we all were finished with our food, even though none of or food came out at the same time. There is no management' presence checking on the customers satisfaction this would be an improvement that this place really needs this way you can see what servers are giving off the less then helping vibe and may make the customer feel like you really want their business. This is a convenient location but I would drive out of my way for the same type of food and better service. The pricing is not good for the service delivered and the food does not support the pricing so in the end if you are a customer you are at a loss. We may give it another chance but there are other options in our area maybe not with as many TVs but again if the service is not good then who care what game is on
