Disclaimer: I did not end up having my nails done here. However, I am commenting on the customer service. I had a Living Social deal that was close to expiring; made an appointment and then had to reschedule the appointment. Though I had any day and time open for a week + until the offer expired, Roza could not get me in and would not extend the expiration date. I find this to be bad customer service - if she really wanted my business, she would have extended the expiration (other local businesses have done that and it's been very appreciated). I was also left with the impression that she opens the business when it is convenient for her, not necessarily her clients, and opts to conveniently not have any appointments available so that the deal expires before potential customers have time to use it. I have no way of knowing if that's true or not, but it's the impression I'm left with. I won't end up going to 21st Century Nails or recommend that anyone I know tries it because of the service.
