I stayed at the Westin for business travel about a month ago and found it to be wonderful. The people were warm and welcoming - from the valets to the front desk. Pierre was especially kind on this late night and helped make me feel welcome. The next morning, one of the valets (forgot his name), helped me get a black car to one of the buildings because it was raining hard.
The room was clean, fresh and had the conveniences I expected. Breakfast buffet was good - price was higher than I would pay personally, but very nice restaurant and quiet.
