Beware. They have a new Property Management Company called CAM Properties. Worse company ever. It is the 1st and I can't paid my rent because the office is closed. I have tried to paid for 4 days and the office is always closed. The hours are posted as 9 to 3. I show up before 3 and they are closed.I called Cam properties and they said the office closes at 2:30. Really do they not want the residents to work to pay the rent because most people are at work during those hours. Also I left a message Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday in regards to a repair that wasn't fixed correctly and it is still not fixed. Trying to get someone to answer the phone in the office would be a miracle.This company does not care about their residents. When you call Cam Properties they just want to argue with you instead of helping you, telling you over and over to call the Manager. How can you when she NEVER answers.
