It was a great hotel, great food and rooms. I would not recommend or stay again due to the lack of integrity of this business. I went without housekeeping for my entire stay of ten days. I made my own bed and re-used towels since I was promised 250 points extra per day for every time I forgo housekeeping service. I made a sacrifice for more points so I could enjoy more travel. I later found out this was all a lie. I never got any bonus points. Every time I call the hotel (twice now) I am told "oh the manager hasn't done them yet." I was also told on my second stay I could get up to 3000 points extra. This was also an ad in the hotel. I never got a thing. I travel all the time and have quite a few loyalty cards. I see no reason to use Marriot if this is how they treat their guests.
