Have been going to Owen's for several years now and it is always a reliable bet. Mary's Grubby Bubby is my personal favorite. They used to have a lot of fun signs for the different bagel sandwiches, but those seem to have been consolidated to a different wall now.
They've improved their ordering system over the years which makes it a whole lot easier to hear when your order is called (# rather than type of sandwich). The service is a little rough around the edges and seating is a bit sparse with the weekend hordes of 20-somethings coming in looking like they just finished yoga and/or a marathon.
Will continue to keep coming here on occasion to support local business and decent quality food.
