Headed over to this place wanting to like it but a few things may have messed this up for me.
"Get Your Tickets Here" I was excited to be able to order my ticket online so I could choose my seat. Seemed to work well enough, or so I thought, gave the young lady my phone to "scan" the QRCode but it seemed to require punching in numbers instead so it too a spell to get it done. She kindly handed me my tickets and sent me in to "enjoy your movie".
"Food" went to get popcorn and a few icee's popcorn was quick and easy... Medium icee was easy... Ah, the small though was not so easy. We are talking blue icee for a child. I see the young man go back and forth to some lids and try them to no avail. Obviously can't find a small lid for the small icee so what does he do? He uses a medium lid then hands it over... Without saying, " hey that kid is to big so be careful." Nope nothing was said. I know... We weren't getting in a flight simulator but it still would have been nice for him to say sorry I don't have the right lid so be careful.
"Movie Time" First sign this may go bad. Walked in to the 3D movie and no one took my tickets... A little confused there but we continued. Sign two... Walked into take our seat and all the empty seats that showed available online were full! Hmmm So our seats were open and we sit down. Sign three and the final needed sign that it was bad! Last comes in with her kids about 5 minutes into the movie... Your in our seats!!! Come again? Your in our seats!!! No, I'm in The seats I bought online and the young lady at the front told me to enjoy my movie from and the seats that no one checked my tickets for. Walk out of the movie to talk with her and see that I was sold tickets for Saturday at the same time.
So I did three stars because it was a decent place... The screen was too small for my liking but over all ok. I just wish the front of house was a little tighter in its operations and follow through. There were a few check points where this could have been stopped at least for the movie tickets. Icee was a totally different "careless" story.
