Shopping at Frontgate was by far the worst consumer experience I've had in along time. First product I purchased broke quickly. I got a refund. When the same item went on sale a few months later, I tried it again. It, too, broke but just outside the three-month refund period. I was promised a gift certificate that never arrived. A year later, I contacted them about the certificate which they reluctantly sent. A month later, I placed a gift order using the certificate; it never arrived. I then requested/demanded a refund but was told that, by law of the state of Ohio, they could only credit the card used for purchase, which was a lie. (This card had been defrauded and closed by Bank of America.) Then the CS Rep told me they could "override the law" in certain situations, which she said was "in the training." Only after contacting Cinmar Corp HQ (parent co) did they agree to credit another card, but, instead, they credited the closed account. Only after my angry call to the president's office, did I actually get a refund check, over a year and many hours later spent chasing this $99 refund. BUYER BEWARE: honey drips from their lips but they will not serve you well!
