Probably one of the worse establishments I've been to in a while. I never yelp, but they declined my service animal when going up to visit a friend for 2 hours. She is documented as a service animal and has been with me for a year and this is the first establishment to have claimed a service animal was not permitted. I used to love coming here and would recommend this place for people to live at and now that will change. Mind you, she has been here multiple times and has had no problem doing so. In that case, it should have been made aware from the very first visit, and then I would have known not to bring my dog. Seems to be a lack of communication among the management Melissa and the rest of the staff. Also, a letter\sign stating that service animals are not permitted would probably be a good way to avoid these situations.
