Bought a new Toyota, and we had ordered some parts that didn't come with the car to be installed (body side molding, window tint, and rubber rear bumper aplaque). We were told by our salesman, Jim, that we would get 15% off these parts, since we bought a brand new car. These parts were typical "Toyota owes us", so, it was all part of the initial bill. We realized we did not get the 15% off, and spoke to the sales manager, Dwayne, who told us it was already discounted, (really? it's way cheaper on the Toyota website, but Avondale makes up their own prices, for the same part) and that our salesman was fired, because of misinformation. Well, if that were true, then Avondale Toyota should have made up for that, by giving us the 15% off. It may be a no haggle dealership, but they are not truthful. Will not go back there again, even for service on this new vehicle! I guess keeping that 15%, was more important, than keeping a customer.
