So, I went last March for a mani and mini pedi. The older nail tech complained about her job and seriously cut into my cuticles leaving them raw. I'm a beauty prefessional. I had to wear gloves to work for 3 days so that my hands could heal. She complained that estheticians get no respect...blah blah. When I went to pay, they tried to charge my friend and I for a full pedi.
Thinking that last year's fiasco was a one-off, 3 weeks ago I got my brows waxed by Paulina. She took skin off! I now have scarring just under my brows. I was too embarrassed to complain as the girls at the desk stare you up and down as you wait for your service....unless you're a regular, you're pretty much trash. Never again will I leave my esthetician for this place . $20 for scars.. I felt bad for the nervous girl. I even tipped her
