Consistently receive the wrong mail in my neighborhood lock box. I have neighbors dropping off package slips because the carrier put them in the wrong box. I find package lock box keys in my mailbox but the package is not addressed to me. Today, I received USPS notification of a package delivered to the lockbox, but there is no key in my personal mailbox. Where is my package? Totally unknown. I pay extra for faster delivery, only to have it get lost at Meadow Mesa/neighborhood carrier. Please note that I have filed complaints with the USPS website, the regional center, and have spoken personally with the person who claims to be the postmaster. Assurances are given that the problem will be corrected, yet it continues to this date. I STILL GET THE WRONG MAIL or NO MAIL. Why can't the carrier get it right once and for all ? ? ? ? ? ?
