Purchased my refrigerator at Spencers and noticed the ice flap wouldn't close, causing frost build-up in the ice bin. They sent out Goldwing Appliances to fix the issue. The guy who came out didn't understand personal space. He was "very creapy" according to my wife. He couldn't understand why the flap wouldn't close. He bent the trim. When I asked what he was going to do about it, he claimed he never bent it. I showed him a picture of the refrigerator a day before - no bent trim. He agreed to order the parts. Parts came in. Advised the scheduler that the day she selected we couldn't be there in the morning. The same repairman called to schedule it during the time we wouldn't be there. He couldn't reschedule. We had to call the main number to reschedule. He didn't have the number. Rescheduled, same guy came out. Had to take off several hours of work because my wife refused to be there. Now the trim is no longer flush. He noted it, but couldn't fix it. Will never use them for anything.
