I was very unsatisfied with my experience at West Valley Pediatrics. Nobody is particularly friendly or welcoming. The office isn't especially comfortable or nice looking. I never saw a pediatrician, only the nurse practitioner. I would think it would be pretty normal to meet a pediatrician when you're establishing long term care with an infant. I guess they don't care. Even when my son was diagnosed "failure to thrive" I was not seen by an MD. The nurse Heather Lane gave me bad advice multiple times. She told me to give my 2 month old sips of water then later revoked her statement and said she hoped I hadn't been giving him water (I wasn't.) After securing a second opinion, the MD I saw agreed that some of the advice given was poor and had me follow a different routine. I'm glad we didn't stay with West Valley Pediatrics long. I don't know what I was thinking. Dr. Berebitsky was my pediatrician growing up and I wasn't the healthiest kid.
