I just got a 2016 4Runner at a Toyota dealership. It was just shipped from Japan, so fresh off the truck. The alignment was slightly off when I got it, so I was told I can call any Toyota dealership to get an alignment done on my 2 day old 4Runner. I called Larry Miller Toyota to make an appointment knowing this would be covered because I had a Toyota I bought from them before and always went there to have my servicing done. I believe the girl who answered the phones name was Kelly. I told her I needed an alignment and her reaction was to say how bad it was that the dealership would have done that and not want to fix it and how she didn't know if I did the damage myself so I could have to pay for it out of pocket. She talked to her manager then came back to tell me that they would have to evaluate my 2 day old car to make sure I didn't cause the damage and again mentioned negative comments about the dealership I got it from. I did not book an appointment because after that attitude and disrespect she gave me for not knowing the situation was appalling. Terrible customer service. I will never buy a car from Larry Miller or get my vehicle serviced there again. Don't accuse customers of doing damage to a vehicle and expect them to want to bring you their business.
