So as of 2/13 I have the following update for the company to my prior review. First of all I want everyone to know I was not asked to write a better review in exchange for anything, I was not asked to change my review at all but I have decided to. This morning the owner of the store met me for coffee to not only apologize for what happened but to also hear the full story and to get recommendations on how they can better improve so this doesn't happen again. The owner was sincere and since we both come from a military background we both seemed to have that mentality. I was in the army 9 years as a communications NCO so you can imagine how important I find communication with one another to be. Long story short the owner said he had already started making changes and I commend him for that because he really does care about his customers. My one piece of advice that I think is most important to any business is customer service and simply greeting people, i really believe this will make or break a company. So again thank you Brandon for taking the time out of your busy schedule and meeting with us. One of these days when I'm ready for my next gun I'm willing to give you guys another chance. Thank you
