I really like this store and have had several great experiences here but yesterday was not the case. The guy that I was working with was not polite. I came In looking for a mirrored replacement visor for my hjc helmet and I was met with a smart ass attitude from the sales guy. When I asked if they carried any replacements for my model helmet ( I had called here a few weeks ago and was told they sometimes had the hj17 visors) he said "And you're looking for a mirrored lenses for harley stuff here, why?" And So I told him harley doesn't have mirrored lenses at the store. And he was like "why would they not carry mirrored lenses for their own stuff?". Long story short, you are called "Cycle Gear" because you carry apparel and accessories for motorcycles and dirt bikes... this is why I came to your store and all you had to do is politely look for the items. When he did look for them, guess what? He found a couple! They weren't mirrored, but they were still parts that fit my helmet. There was no need for such poor customer service, especially when I've shopped here a couple times before and even referred friends to this location. Just awful to be smarted off to for no reason...
