I had a very bad experience with Flowers of Charlotte. Back in February for Valentine's day, my parents ordered flowers from this store since it is very close to where I live. I didn't receive the flowers on the day and when I called on the status, the lady said they will get back to me, but nobody called me back to say why the delivery was delayed. I received the flowers two days late and the arrangement of flowers was old and almost dying. When I called to the store to explain I received old flowers my call was returned extremely rude from the manager (Matt). They said they couldn't deliver since they cannot get to my apartment but it is clear they need to live the flowers with my apartment lease office since it is during work hours but if they had trouble the driver needs to call me that there is delivery for me, nobody called me. Overall extremely poor service, very rude managers and do not care at all for the customer. I will never use their service again and would advise everyone to stay away from them.
