First and foremost the food was very good. The reason why I give this a 2 star review was because how we were treated. Before going to the Phipps winter garden with my date we decided we would get a good bite to eat. It was about 6:00 PM and we walked into Lucca. The place was empty with only two tables occupied. I was asked if I had reservations and I said no. The host gave me this look like are you kidding me? And starts shuffling through the papers on the host stand and goes "well I guess we could seat you here" and by here, it was the worst seat in the restaurant right in the front. The waitress came over and she was nice but where I was sat in the restaurant every time someone came in I would be bumped. Was very annoying. We order two of the most expensive meals on the menu and I have to say they were good. We finished up our meal and the by the time we were done a total of 4 tables were occupied. I just didn't like the guys attitude. Probably won't ever go back which is a shame because it was good. Sucks to suck I guess...
