We purchased our bed from Bigs Furniture in November of 2012. Late last year, in 2014, my husband and I started noticing bits of wood on our bedroom floor. When we lifted our mattress and box spring, we saw that the bottom of the bedframe that supported the box spring and mattress was composed of 3 flimsy 2 inch pieces of plywood that went across the width of the bed horizontally, and all but one had snapped and broken. I feel this was very, very poor quality for the $1,400 we spent. We ended up having to take apart the bedframe and throw it away that night. What a waste of money!
