We are new homeowners who live within a tight budget and don't have a lot of extra money to throw around. When facing our first problem with our hvac unit we originally went through our home warranty company who sent out an hvac company who turned out to be inadequate to service our hvac needs on multiple visits. Frustrated, we began researching other companies and discovered calfo. They were very receptive to our call and arrived the same day to diagnose our problem. Tim was our service tech and handled the situation very professionally. Our expectations were exceeded. The second time Tim came out was after our basement was severely flooded he was there the very next day after our first initial phone conversation and again went above and beyond to help service our hvac needs. We couldn't be more happy with calfo and more specifically Tim and the way they handled our hvac problem, they were reasonably priced, and most importantly treated us like people rather than just customers.
