Don't EVER fly this airline! They had us stand in line outside in 100° weather! Only to close that line after we stood in line for 45 minutes. The only employee they had working the line outside, decided that she would not take any more customers and four people in front of me, told us that we would have to go inside. Where we had to stand in line for another hour only not to be able to use the kiosk, could not get anyone to wait on us, could not get a boarding pass, and therefore cannot go through security. When we discuss this with frontier employees, they said it was our problem and we would have to deal with it. So I called front tier, and they said they could do nothing about it except charge me $99 per ticket since I missed my flight. I said I do not miss my flight, your lack of workers and lack of concern is why I missed my flight. So I am forewarning everyone stay away from Frontier Airlines!
