I had several t-shirts and jeans hemmed by them and I don't think I'll return. I provided the exact inseam for my jeans and they were still too long, nearly 2 inches still too long. And the stitching on my shirts was too tight. The stitching broke as I put them on. I figure it's common sense to leave a little give in t-shirt stitching so it can stretch as you're putting it on or taking it off. I don't think they completely know what they're doing.
