I've gotta say that Discount Tire stores and their employees got the "customer service" aspect down to a "T". With over 20 years of customer service management experience under my belt, I was even impressed with my interaction with everyone here at this location. Not only were they going to repair my "run flat tire" at no cost even though I didn't buy the tire from them due to a screw stuck in it, they offered me a warranty plan that made total sense to me... no pressure either. The dealer where I bought my vehicle from offered me a $800-1000 tire road hazard plan, which I declined. But DT's plan was only $400 for all 4 tires. If I had to replace just one Goodyear run flats, cost would've been $400 each. And trust me, I double check and what DT was telling me was accurate across all other tire stores. Two big thumbs ups from a customer 4 L!
