I really love this mall. It's not very busy and you can always find parking here. Their food court isn't bad and has some good options like thai express. They just opened up a jack astors last year which is definitely an upgrade from East side marios. They used to have a bcbg outlet but they closed it down. There is also a movie theatre that's inside the mall. They've got some good basic stores and some nicer ones like pandora and David's tea. They could use some higher end clothing stores but overall it's a decent place to check out if you don't want to deal with the busyness of Scarborough Town Centre
