i sent my phone here a month ago for repair. from day one, i have been calling to find out if my phone ever even made it to the location. i had to rely on the purolator tracking because not a single person has called me back or taken the time to email me back. im calling to this day because i got my phone back and i still have the same problem. the customer service is absolutely horrible and completely lacking. nobody ever picks up the phone when i call and press one to find out the status of my phone. i totally regret buying an LG phone but having to deal with this place to repair the phone has been terrible. the only good side to my review is that i actually got my phone back within the month. but even when i tried to track my status on the phone repair on their website, the tracking number or IMEI number for my phone wouldnt pull up anything.
