I don't know what has happened with this company over the past few years, but the quality of the help has really declined. They usually only have one person that knows anything and there are 2-3 others that are clueless. They seem to hire lazy and unmotivated people with no real interest in learning the trade. I hope Leslie's realizes this soon as they used to be great. Disappointed
